Privacy Policy ― Computer Elite Inc.

As part of providing IT and technology services, Computer Elite Inc. and its authorized technicians may work with and access a wide range of systems and environments, including but not limited to:

  • Computers, servers, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Network infrastructure and structured cabling systems
  • Wireless networks and internet connectivity systems
  • Video surveillance (CCTV/IP camera) systems and associated recording equipment
  • VoIP and IP-based telephone systems
  • Network closets, racks, and related physical infrastructure at client premises

This work may include both remote and on-site service at client locations, including corporate, commercial, and residential environments.

Access to systems, devices, and infrastructure is strictly limited to what is reasonably necessary to install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, secure, or support the requested services.

Where technicians are present on-site, they may require access to secure areas (such as server rooms, network closets, or surveillance system interfaces) strictly for the purpose of completing authorized work.

We do not intentionally access, review, or use client data, recordings, communications, or stored information beyond what is required to perform the requested service or unless expressly authorized by the client.


  1. Client Responsibility for Data Client Responsibility for Data

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data prior to any service being performed.

While reasonable care is taken at all times, Computer Elite Inc. is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or exposure that may occur due to hardware failure, software issues, cyber incidents, or service-related activities.

Clients are encouraged to advise us in advance if devices contain highly sensitive or regulated data so appropriate handling precautions can be discussed.


  1. Collection and Use of Information

We may collect and use personal and technical information for the following purposes:

  • To diagnose, repair, and support systems and devices
  • To provide requested IT services and solutions
  • To manage service tickets, billing, and account administration
  • To communicate with clients regarding service delivery
  • To improve service quality and operational efficiency
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Information is only collected and used for purposes reasonably necessary to deliver services or as otherwise permitted by law.
