Terms & Conditions of Sale

The following outlines the Terms and Conditions for the sale of products by Computer Elite. You are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale by placing your online order with Computer Elite.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Computer Elite purchase you may return it for refund or exchange within 15 days, providing the following:

  1. Some products like software must be unopened and in their original packaging. This includes cellophane and/or product seals.
  2. A pre-approval is required prior to any product being returned to Computer Elite. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be completed and submitted (available here). Computer Elite will determine whether your product qualifies for return and will provide you with an RMA number if your product is eligible for return. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping label for identification and return authorization or your shipment could be refused.
  3. No product can be returned if it has been registered with the manufacturer.*

NOTES: Special order items cannot be returned for refund. RMA numbers are only valid for 15 days after date of issue. * Products already registered with the manufacturer cannot be returned to Computer Elite for refund.

Warranty

Any product shipped to you is covered by its respective limited warranty by the manufacturer. Refurbished and used equipment or products will carry a 30 day warranty against defects unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Any product sold “as is” and not covered by warranty will be stated as such on the invoice. Damaged products are not covered under warranty.
